Nitrox Blending Calculator
Calculate oxygen and air additions for a Nitrox fill and review the resulting mix and Maximum Operating Depth.
Build the target EANx mix.
Choose a blending method, target oxygen percentage and final pressure. Partial-pressure mode calculates the pure oxygen addition before the air top-up.
What a Nitrox blending calculation represents
The calculator relates starting pressure and oxygen fraction to the desired final mix and final pressure. It shows the theoretical gas proportions required by the selected blending model.
Example: changing the target oxygen percentage or final cylinder pressure changes the calculated oxygen contribution and the remaining gas needed to reach the target mix.
This is a mathematical planning reference, not an operational blending procedure. Oxygen handling, cylinder preparation, gas compatibility, analyser use and filling practices require appropriate training, equipment and local procedures.
The calculator updates instantly from the values you enter and shows the core planning result in the dark result card.
Use realistic values from your own diving and leave a practical margin for changes in workload, conditions and equipment.
Treat this page as an educational reference and cross-check the result with your training, analysed gas and an appropriate dive-planning method.
