Your course

The SSI Wreck Diving Specialty teaches the knowledge and techniques needed to explore wrecks safely from the outside. You will work on buoyancy, navigation, positioning and the use of wreck-diving equipment while training on local Cyprus wrecks.

  • Plan safe non-penetration wreck dives.
  • Improve buoyancy and positioning around fragile structures.
  • Practise navigation and specialised wreck-diving techniques.
  • Understand the hazards associated with wreck environments.

How the course works

This Poseidon version uses local wreck sites for the 2 required open-water training dives. The exact sites are selected according to conditions and diver experience.
